Notes:
- Usable for SF Gaiden ROM hacks. Used in my Polished Conflict ROM hack. Or well, the top ones are. I ran out of ROM space from the promoted ones. Though there is little difference between them anyway.
- The bottom ones are actually more closely based on her official artwork, since I intended them to be the promotion ones, and Sylvia and Julia both join the party almost ready for promotion. Also, their art just has promoted vibes (aka their armor is cool as heck I love them).
