Notes:
- Usable for SF Gaiden ROM hacks. Used in my Polished Conflict ROM hack.
- The promotion ones are more closely based on her official artwork, since Sylvia and Julia both join the party almost ready for promotion. Also, their art just has promoted vibes (aka their armor is cool as heck I love them).
- The unpromoted ones are based on her battle sprite, which doesn't seem to use any armor, though I couldn't resist giving her at least a chest plate, like, girl, c'mon. Stay safe out there.
