Headquarters! Who doesn't love to hang out and hear all that these characters have to say? Well, you don't exactly hang out in this game, it doesn't have overworld exploration. But characters have dialogue for joining or leaving the active team, which serves basically the same purpose to the Mega Drive HQ's quotes.
The dialogue boxes from the game are even smaller than in the Mega Drive games, though, to the point where even the japanese version has to use multiple boxes at times. So unlike my approach for the Mega Drive translations, I allowed myself to expand the dialogue box up to five lines if needed. It sucks a bit that they cover almost the whole screen like this, but I felt it was better than compromising in the translation too much, or having to code multiple text boxes in this page.
I recreated the english SF Gaiden font myself for the translation, and you can get it here. Note that it contains characters the original game doesn't, just for completeness.

Click a character to talk to them and the top right icons to select the language, or use the menus to the right, which include translation notes. Language can also be toggled with the A or L keys. You may also pause the animations clicking the top left icon.
